“Much water has flown..” is a performative installation, recreating a speculative bureaucratic structure dealing with migration. The installation consists of three parts: application room, waiting room, and decision room. Every visitor is guided by a migration officer who interviews, gives tasks and makes decisions about an applicant’s permission to migrate according to their success during the process. Video and game content looks intentionally sketchy as the officer prepared it last minute. This is a sarcastic comment on bureaucratic procedures.
